The Role
- Position: SEN Primary Teacher
- Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time, Long-Term & Short Term/Daily Roles
- Location: High Wycombe (HP12)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds QTS or an appropriate teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEND
- Can differentiate and individualise learning effectively
- Uses positive strategies to support behaviour, communication and regulation
- Has a patient, reflective and adaptable approach
- Works closely with SENCOs, support staff and other professionals
- Maintains high expectations for every pupil
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Deliver accessible, engaging lessons
- Create a structured, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor progress and contribute to individual support plans
- Work collaboratively to help pupils achieve their academic and personal goals
