Your Role:
- Support teachers in delivering differentiated lessons for pupils with SEN
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs
- Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a calm, inclusive environment
- Prepare and organise resources to meet pupils' individual learning plans
- Supervise pupils during lessons, break times, and lunchtimes
Weβre Looking For:
- Teaching assistant qualification or relevant experience supporting SEN pupils
- Experience in primary, EYFS, or SEN settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting all children
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Level 3 SEN or TA qualification
- Enhanced DBS certificate (especially on the update service)
- Experience supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN needs
- Confidence using tech to enhance learning and tracking progress
