Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting SEN Support Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in South East London. Opportunities are available for flexible daily supply work, long‑term placements, and permanent positions may also arise for the right candidates.

The Role:

  • Support pupils with a range of SEN including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support within the classroom
  • Assist teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and learning activities
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school‑based experience desirable)
  • A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
