About the Role
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference every single day? We are looking for an SEN LSA across KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 in a variety of settings – Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Specialist Provisions. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a warm, inclusive schools community that values calm, caring adults who can bring structure, consistency, and a sense of fun to the classroom.
The role includes:
- 1:1 support
- Helping with communication, social interaction, and learning routines
- Working closely with the SENCO, class teacher, and external specialists
- Supporting the pupil through sensory and emotional regulation needs

- Have experience working with children with ASD/SEN and/or challenging needs
- Bring patience, empathy, and a sense of humour to your work
