Protocol Education is working with a secondary school in Weston to recruit a Learning Support Assistant who is patient, reliable and motivated to help students progress. You will support students to access learning, working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to foster an inclusive environment. You will deliver literacy and numeracy interventions, provide 1:1 mentoring, and run small-group sessions to build confidence and resilience while supporting emotional wellbeing and engagement.
