  • Supporting pupils to develop positive behaviours and overcome barriers to learning using clear, calm behaviour strategies

About you

  • Calm, resilient and steady when faced with challenging situations
  • No qualifications necessary, just a get-up-and-go attitude and resillience
  • Positive, enthusiastic and happy to get involved in classroom life
  • Flexible and adaptable to the natural flow of a school day
  • Experience working with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or SEN, professionally or personally
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with a range of learning needs
  • Creative and open-minded, happy to think differently to help learning click
