We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Doncaster and Rotherham. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing tailored support in inclusive and specialist educational settings.
The Role
- Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and development
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social development

Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
