SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

The Role
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
- Assisting students with learning activities and personal development.
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive social interactions.
- Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and other additional learning needs.
- Working closely with teachers and other professionals to provide the best possible support.
Ideal Backgrounds
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in:
- Teaching Assistant or Learning Support roles
- Care and Support Work
- Residential Childcare
- Youth Work
- Nursery and Early Years Settings
- Sports Coaching
- Mental Health Support
- Healthcare Assistant roles
- Psychology or Education Graduates
- Supporting vulnerable adults or young people

Patient, compassionate, and nurturing
Reliable and proactive
Able to build strong relationships with children
Passionate about helping young people succeed
Experienced working with children or vulnerable individuals (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
