SEN 1-1 Support Full Time September 2025

Commencing at the earliest opportunity, our Secondary Phase prioritizes equipping young individuals for the professional world, leveraging our Enterprise specialization to foster independent thinking and collaborative skills. Our Academy is dedicated to cultivating an environment where diligence and structure converge, empowering students with the resilience and determination to thrive.

We are in search of an individual who embodies youthfulness, vivacity, and possesses a robust personality for a one-on-one support role. The student in question is currently in Year 9 with autism. While exhibiting challenging behaviour when things don\’t align with her expectations, she generally maintains a manageable demeanour. Consistent support and well-defined boundaries are key to her progress.

Rate dependent on qualifications and experience. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQs on the Protocol Education website for further details.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
