You'll work closely with pupils who experience Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them develop coping strategies, build resilience and achieve meaningful progress.
This role supports consistent, patient and positive role modelling and requires resilience, empathy and a calm, professional communication style as you work with pupils and staff to foster progress.
