Do you have the patience and confidence to support learners who need structure, consistency and someone in their corner? We are recruiting a full-time SEMH Learning Mentor in Newcastle upon Tyne to support learners who may present with challenging behaviour and require strong, positive role models. This is a role where relationships come first, and where your presence can genuinely change a learner’s experience of education. With Protocol Education, you’ll be supported throughout your placement with regular check‑ins, honest communication and access to training that helps you grow.
