Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 emotional and wellbeing support for pupils
- Supporting children during moments of dysregulation and emotional distress
- Encouraging positive routines, engagement and self-regulation strategies
- Working closely with class teachers, SEN staff and pastoral leads
- Helping pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn
