Protocol Education Ltd in South Shields is recruiting Behaviour Support Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEMH settings from September. The role supports pupils with SEMH, ADHD, Autism and behavioural needs, providing consistent, nurturing adults to help them succeed.
You will work as part of a dedicated team, providing 1:1 and classroom support, promoting positive behaviour strategies and emotional wellbeing, and assisting with behaviour management plans alongside teachers and therapists.
