Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a calm, resilient SEMH Behaviour Support Assistant to join a KS3/KS4 Behaviour Centre in central Shrewsbury. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs, helping them regulate emotions and develop positive behaviours for learning.
The role integrates with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver consistent support plans in a specialist setting focused on safe, structured learning experiences.
