We’re working with a supportive and specialist SEMH school seeking a confident, adaptable Secondary Teacher to join their team full-time this September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need consistency, empathy, and strong classroom leadership.

About the Role:

  • Full-time teaching across secondary year groups

  • General teaching responsibilities (no subject specialism required)

  • Classroom-based role within a well-supported SEMH setting

  • Excellent guidance from in-school staff and your Protocol consultant

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in SEMH or alternative provision (desirable, not essential)

  • Resilient, calm under pressure, and skilled at building rapport quickly

  • Confident in managing challenging behaviour with a nurturing approach

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
