Want to support young people who are finding their feet in secondary school? We’re working with a vibrant, well-led school in Tower Hamlets that’s looking for a Secondary Support Assistant who can bring patience, positivity, and a steady presence to the classroom.
You’ll be part of a friendly, proactive team that genuinely looks after one another. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping students stay engaged, confident, and ready to learn.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students in lessons across a mix of subjects
- Providing targeted help to pupils who need an extra boost
- Assisting teachers with behaviour, routines, and classroom activities
- Building strong relationships that help students stay calm and focused
- Supporting small group work or short interventions where needed
