Graduate Teaching Assistant

Responsibilities

  • As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be tasked to raise attainment of key students and support pupils on a 1:1 and group basis within a Secondary school.
  • Assist pupils with any additional support they may need, whether related to learning or behaviour, 1-1 or in small groups.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
  • We offer safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance “Keeping Children Safe in Education” and may include an online search as part of due diligence on shortlisted applicants.
  • Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and we undertake safeguarding checks as described above. We also offer FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all workers.
