STEM Teachers Wanted – Birmingham Secondary Schools

Location: Birmingham

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Flexible, daily supply, part‑time, or full‑time

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across your specialist subject, or across the wider STEM curriculum
  • Keeping classrooms on track with confident behaviour management
  • Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 to stay focused and make progress
  • Stepping into different school environments and quickly building rapport

What we’re looking for:

  • UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification
  • A strong grasp of at least one STEM subject, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
  • Confidence managing a classroom and adapting to new settings

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all workers. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
