We\’re on the hunt for Teaching Assistants to support students across secondary schools in Wiltshire. You’ll be working in the SEN department, helping pupils thrive in their learning—whether that’s one-on-one, in small groups, or supporting the wider classroom. You will also be working in mainstream classes, supporting the class teachers in the delivery of the lessons.
Experience with SEN is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. Maybe you’ve done youth work, sports coaching, or you’re studying psychology? If you know how to build rapport and motivate young people, you\’re halfway there.
