Overview Job Title: Science Graduate – Learning Support Assistant / Science Tutor Location: Newcastle Salary: £100–£120 per day (PAYE) Contract: Full-time, Long-term Start Date: Immediate Inspire the next generation of scientists! Secondary schools across Newcastle are seeking passionate graduates to support students in lessons, build confidence in Science, and gain hands-on classroom experience. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re considering a future in teaching. What you’ll be doing Supporting Science lessons and helping students engage with practical and theory work Providing 1:1 or small group support to boost progress Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support learning and wellbeing What we’re looking for A recent graduate with a degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related) Strong communication and organisational skills Confidence and enthusiasm for working with young people Patience, adaptability, and a genuine interest in education Why join Protocol Education?
