Protocol Education is working with a busy secondary school in Gosforth to appoint a Science Graduate to support STEM teaching and learning across Key Stages 3–5. The school promotes enquiry‑based learning and practical science experiences, providing students with opportunities to develop both theoretical knowledge and hands‑on skills. It has excellent transport links to Newcastle and beyond.
Your role will include:
- Supporting science lessons and practical activities
- Helping students consolidate key concepts from Biology, Chemistry or Physics
- Assisting teaching staff with preparation of classroom resources
- Supporting students with revision and exam preparation sessions
- Encouraging engagement with STEM subjects and fostering scientific curiosity
We are seeking candidates who:
- Hold a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science or a related area
