We’re working with a friendly primary school in Harrow who are looking for an experienced school caretaker to join their site team full time, starting ASAP. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows schools inside out and takes real pride in keeping a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
The role includes:
- Day-to-day site maintenance and minor repairs
- Opening and securing the school premises
- Health and safety checks and compliance
- Supporting with cleanliness, security, and general upkeep
- Being a reliable, trusted presence around the school
You must have:
- Previous experience working as a school caretaker (essential)
- A clear DBS on the update service (essential)
- A practical, proactive approach and good attention to detail
- Reliability, flexibility, and a calm, professional manner
