We're looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Ruislip this September.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you'll help pupils develop confidence, regulate emotions, build independence and access learning in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a full-time, long-term role with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

- Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school, nursery or care setting
- Experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or complex needs
- A calm, patient and resilient approach
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Someone who is proactive, reliable and passionate about helping children succeed
