Salary: £89.38–£100 per day (Depending on experience)

Calling all Psychology grads... Ready to put that degree to good use? If you’re passionate about behaviour, mental health, and helping young people thrive, we’ve got just the thing. We’re on the lookout for Psychology graduates who are ready to step into a classroom and really make a difference. Think less textbooks, more “lightbulb moments.” You’ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more.

What your day might look like:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
  • Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists
  • Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge

Who we’re looking for:

  • Psychology graduates (or final year students) with a real interest in SEND and child development
  • People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care
  • Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before
