About the Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and SEMH.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress.
  • Monitor and assess student development, adapting teaching strategies where required.

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs or a strong interest in SEN.
