We’re working with SEN schools and Pupil Referral Units across Redcar looking for teachers who can create calm, consistent, and engaging learning environments for pupils who need a different approach.

What’s the role? You’ll be leading learning in a specialist setting, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them build confidence, routine, and progress at their own pace. Your day might include:

  • Teaching pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Autism or PMLD
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Managing behaviour with a calm, consistent approach
  • Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
