What’s the role? You’ll be leading learning in a specialist setting, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs and helping them build confidence, routine, and progress at their own pace. Your day might include:
- Teaching pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Autism or PMLD
- Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Managing behaviour with a calm, consistent approach
- Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
