About the role: You’ll take full responsibility for a Reception class, supported by a skilled Teaching Assistant and an experienced EYFS lead. The setting places a strong emphasis on learning through play, exploration, and routine.
What your day‑to‑day will look like:
- Delivering engaging phonics sessions to build early reading confidence
- Leading small group activities focused on communication, maths, and development
- Supporting continuous provision through play‑based learning indoors and outdoors
