About the role:
- You’ll be leading a Reception class, supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant and a strong early years team.
Your responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Supporting early phonics, communication, and social development
- Creating a safe and stimulating environment
- Building strong relationships with pupils and parents
- Monitoring progress and supporting individual development
