Are you someone who sees potential where others see barriers? We’re working with specialist provisions in South Shields seeking Qualified Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex learning difficulties, communication needs, and sensory profiles.
As a TA, you’ll help deliver highly personalised support to pupils with varying needs. Every interaction matters — from supporting communication to celebrating small but meaningful milestones. Many schools we partner with recruit permanent staff through supply, giving you the chance to find the right long‑term fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting personalised learning programmes
