The Role
As a Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
- Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
- Assist teachers and SENCOs with tailored learning strategies
- Help deliver structured interventions and learning activities
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
- Be a calm, consistent, and supportive role model
