Support Staff Wanted – Enhanced Learning Provisions, Streatham

We’re working with a number of welcoming schools across Streatham who are looking for support staff to join their Enhanced Learning Provisions. These settings support pupils who need a little extra care, structure, and encouragement to thrive at school. This isn’t about standing at the side of the classroom. It’s about being a steady presence, building trust, and helping pupils find their feet.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs
- Working closely with teachers and SEN teams to keep days calm and purposeful
- Helping young people regulate emotions, stay engaged, and feel understood
- Creating a safe, supportive space where progress feels possible
