We’re recruiting a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sunderland, supporting pupils with additional needs across the school day. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, caring and passionate about helping children feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom
  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support
  • Helping children access learning activities
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing and confidence
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

This is a rewarding role where relationships and consistency really matter. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
