We’re working with a fantastic SEND school looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil 1:1. It’s all about consistency, care, and building trust over time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Offering consistent 1:1 support throughout the day
- Helping the pupil engage with learning activities
- Supporting behaviour in a calm, positive way
- Working closely with school staff and specialists
- Encouraging confidence and independence
