Protocol Education is working with welcoming primary schools across BS31 who are looking for engaging, reliable and flexible Primary Educators with a genuine passion for working with children. You don’t need Qualified Teacher Status to make a real impact. If you’ve gained experience in schools, childcare, coaching, youth work or similar settings, and you’re confident leading activities and supporting learning in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you – especially if you have experience with SEN/SEMH needs.

You’ll be joining supportive, warm school environments where collaboration is key, and every member of staff plays an important role in creating a positive, enriching experience for pupils. Whether covering lessons, supporting small groups or working alongside class teachers, you’ll help keep learning purposeful, structured and engaging.

What Do We Need to Clear You?
  • Passport
  • 2 proofs of address (e.g. driving licence, utility bill, council tax, P45/60)
  • CV covering 10 years of all work or education, with gaps accounted for
  • 2 years of references (including childcare - if applicable)
  • OSPC if you lived overseas for 3 months or more in the last 5 years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
