A friendly and supportive primary school is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to deliver phonics interventions across EYFS and KS1. About the role
- You’ll work alongside class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with early reading and phonics development.
- From small group interventions to 1:1 support, you’ll help children build confidence, independence, and strong literacy foundations.

- Delivering structured phonics interventions using the school’s chosen phonics programme.
