We’re looking for a Pre‑School Leader to join a friendly, forward‑thinking early years setting in Heaton. You’ll lead a passionate team, inspire young minds, and make every day an adventure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a child‑centred environment where every child feels valued, seen, and supported
- Planning and delivering a creative, play‑based curriculum that sparks imagination and early learning
- Supporting all children, including those with SEND, to make meaningful progress
- Working with a collaborative, caring team that believes in curiosity‑led learning and big smiles
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, qualified early years practitioner (Level 3 or above, or QTS preferred)
- Someone with genuine warmth, energy, and creativity
- A team leader who can motivate others and bring new ideas to life
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs is a bonus
- Most importantly, someone who believes in making learning joyful and inclusive
