Protocol Education are currently recruiting learning support assistants from creative backgrounds who are confident in delivering creative one to one sessions to students with special needs. This outstanding rated college is looking for learning support assistants to start from September 2026. They are recruiting learning support assistants with/without experience who are creatively minded and enjoy working with young people.
The role will involve working with learners in a creative way on a one to one basis, with the primary target of preparing them for adulthood. You will support students on a one to one basis and also have the opportunity to assist in lessons such as music, art, and P.E. Additionally, you will work outdoors supporting students at local farms, work placements, and other non-educational organisations, encouraging students to be more aware of life outside of education and helping prepare them for the next step in their lives.
The role:
- Located in Southwark, London
- Full time - Monday to Thursday, with the option of working Fridays
