The Role
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
- Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and progress
- Help students regulate behaviour and build confidence
- Support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Work closely with teachers, SEND staff, and pastoral teams
- Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model
