Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Encourage children's independence and confidence.
- Support speech, language and communication development.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Promote safeguarding and children's welfare at all times.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous nursery or preschool experience.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for supporting young learners.
