What you’ll be doing
- Supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), helping them access learning in a way that works for them.
- Supporting sensory-based learning and personalised activities.
- Assisting with personal care in a respectful, dignified way.
- Encouraging communication through gestures, sounds, and assistive tools.
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- Creating a calm, safe, and engaging environment where pupils can thrive.

Bonus points if you’re familiar with sensory strategies, PECS, or Makaton, but don’t worry if not, support and training will be provided.
