Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across Peterlee looking to recruit Trainee Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers or anyone passionate about supporting young people.
You'll gain valuable experience supporting students aged 11-16 both inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Supporting students in lessons
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping pupils stay engaged with learning
- Supporting behaviour and wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with students
- Working alongside teaching staff
