This 1:1 Support Assistant role is ideal for a psychology graduate supporting a pupil with SEMH needs. You will provide consistent, individualised support, helping the pupil manage emotions, behaviour and learning throughout the school day.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
