Daily Expectations & Routine
- Morning: Support student arrival and routine, build a positive start to the day.
- Lessons: Support engagement across subjects, use sport to re-engage attention, work closely with another TA.
- Active Engagement: Leading small activities, supporting PE sessions, encouraging participation.
- Break & Lunch: Active supervision, encouraging positive play, supporting interaction.
- End of Day: Remain until 3:30pm–4:30pm for planning, reflection, communication with staff.

- Highly encouraged to meet the student.

- Build confidence.
