We’re looking for a Care Support Worker to join a specialist community-focused SEN provision near Peterlee, supporting young people with diverse needs in both educational and community settings. This role involves supporting pupils not only in learning environments but also in community experiences that build life skills, confidence and independence. You will help young people engage in real-world tasks, travel training, leisure activities and broader preparation for adulthood.
Your responsibilities:
- Support pupils during community-based activities and outings.
