We work closely with welcoming primary schools in BS10 who are looking for confident, energetic sports coaches to bring their skills and experience into the classroom. While your background may be in coaching and leading physical activity, this role is centred around supporting pupils within Key Stage 2 classrooms. Schools value coaches for their ability to build rapport quickly, promote teamwork and boost confidence, and those strengths translate brilliantly into an educational setting.
You’ll be supporting learning alongside the class teacher, working with small groups and individual pupils to keep them engaged, focused and motivated. Your understanding of how children learn through movement, routine and positive reinforcement will help pupils regulate, participate and thrive throughout the school day.
Placements will be matched to your experience and personality, in schools that value reliable support staff and treat you as a key part of the team. If you’re ready to use your coaching skills in a new and rewarding way, we’d love to hear from you.
