Outreach Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant – Dunmow
Are you passionate about supporting young people who face barriers to learning? Do you have experience working with SEND, SEMH, or vulnerable learners in education, care, or community settings?
We are looking for an **Outreach LSA/TA** to support students unable to attend mainstream school. You’ll work 1:1 or in small groups, helping learners re‑engage with education, build confidence, and develop life skills.
Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND/SEMH needs
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments
- A caring and resilient nature
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
Details
- Full-time, long‑term role (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:30pm)
- Based in and around Dunmow
