Nursery Nurse

Location: Barnet Borough
Hours: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible options available)

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our welcoming team. If you are passionate about supporting children\u0027s learning and development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, we\'d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children\u0027s learning and development.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record children\u0027s progress.
  • Ensure the nursery meets safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support children\u0027s personal, social, and emotional development.

What We\u0027re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Reliable, caring, and committed to providing outstanding childcare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
