Not Just Support, Real Impact SEND support isn’t about hovering at the back of the room. It’s about helping students feel understood. We’re recruiting SEND Support Staff to work full-time in secondary and specialist schools across North Durham. These roles are Monday to Friday and offer meaningful, long-term placements. Perfect for:

  • Graduates in psychology or education
  • Experienced SEND or SEMH staff
  • Anyone with a calm, encouraging approach
