The Role
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons and interventions
- Work 1:1 and with small groups to support engagement and confidence
- Use creativity and communication skills to build positive relationships
- Help students stay motivated and engaged in lessons
- Support classroom behaviour and wider enrichment activities
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff throughout the school day
