We’re looking for an inspiring Pastoral and Wellbeing practitioner to nurture the emotional health and resilience of pupils in a specialist SEN school in Durham. Your focus will be on:

  • Developing a positive, inclusive culture where pupils feel safe, respected and motivated
  • Supporting pupils with SEMH needs through personalised pastoral care
  • Implementing wellbeing programmes that promote independence, confidence and social skills
  • Working closely with families, teachers and external agencies
